In line with the federal Government’s decision to encourage private sector participation in real estate development as a way of meeting it’s citizen’s housing need’s, Canaan Estates has taken the initiative of investing in the real estate sector for the low and medium income class.

Canaan Estate & Homes Limited was originally registered as a business name on 5th April 2002 the company was duly incorporated  as a limited liability company in 2005 as a wholly  Nigeria  property development company.

Our Mission
The core mission of the company is to design and build affordable low cost houses for the low and lower middle income populace in Nigeria. Towards this end, Canaan  Estate & Homes has assembled a team of seasoned professional with a broad range of direct and related experience in housing delivery. We seek to add additional value by way optimizing scarce resources while not neglecting excellence and quality in our delivery.
